Victorian house that, though converted to accommodate
central heating, en-suite shower rooms and fire
regulations, still has plenty of its original features
and beauty.
It is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac halfway
up one of the two hills St Ives is built on, giving
spectacular views over the town, the harbour and
the sea beyond. Just a short walk away from the
town centre, the beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants,
the Tate gallery, rail and bus stations etc. it
makes an ideal place to stay in St Ives. Formerly known as Dervent Guest
House.

Your car can stay with us too, as we have on-site
parking spaces for all our guest rooms.

All rooms have en-suite or private shower rooms
and WC, comfortable beds with duvets, tv, tea and
coffee facilities and a mini fridge. For reasons
of fire safety and hygiene we ask our guests not
to smoke in the bedrooms.

For breakfast we provide juices, a choice of cereals,
fresh fruit, yoghurts, brown bread and toast, butter,
jam, marmalade, cold meats and cheeses. Your breakfast
will be served to your room, or - if you like to
sleep a little longer - you can pick it up in your
own time at our guests kitchen.

For our artist guests we have a small studio available
to share, with easels and worktables, good working
light, some basic materials and rags, and a hand
washbasin with hot and cold water.
